Dear Moxie Friends and Family-
One year ago today, I started my journey at Moxie Salon & Spa

After leaving up north and walking away from all of my clients, I truly never thought I’d work in a salon again once I moved to Florida. Fear almost kept me from something really special... and I’m so glad I didn’t let it win.

Joining the Moxie team has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve never worked anywhere that felt like this so much support, genuine love, and a true family atmosphere. I honestly love every single person I work with. I came here needing a job, but I gained people I truly needed in my life.

From my coworkers to my clients, I am endlessly thankful. I’ve grown so much not just professionally, but personally too. I work less, earn more, my stress has dropped, and my work-life balance is something I never thought I’d have. My cup is finally full.

Thank you to my boss for taking a chance on me and welcoming me into this salon. Thank you to my coworkers for making me feel at home from day one. And thank you to my clients for trusting me with the most vulnerable parts of yourselves it means more than you know.

Some of you may remember me posting a few weeks ago about Tank, the dog who needed emergency surgery due to severe neglect and abuse. His story was heartbreaking and unfortunately, he’s just one of many animals this rescue has stepped up for recently.

We had originally planned a charity... event for the rescue, but due to a death in the family, we had to cancel. I’m happy to share that we’ve officially rescheduled

Join us for discounted services, a silent auction with amazing items, and most importantly community coming together for a cause that truly needs it.

If you don’t want a service done, please still come hang out, bid on auction items, or simply donate. Every dollar helps. This rescue has taken in an overwhelming number of severe medical cases lately, and the vet bills just keep coming.
