Joy Schmidt is the owner of Moxie Salon and Spa in Yulee, Florida. After 30 years as a cosmetologist, Schmidt opened her salon in 2024.
A friendly reminder to our beautiful clients, friends, and those looking, we are implementing a price adjustment and menu change come August 1st, 2026. Many services will increase from $5-20, with a few decreases and service changes.
You'll notice our booking system is transitioning ...from a la carte pricing over to package pricing. This is to ensure a smooth booking process, time allotted, and minimize confusion.
Example: Partial highlights were traditionally booked with the foil service ($125), the toner ($40), and the cut ($45) totaling to $210 (without extra color needed). Now, most services will be packaged together (ex: Partial signature blonding) rather than needing to book and find each part of your service needed to streamline our books and processes.
You will also notice if you need to add a cut to your color services, you now have an option for an add on haircut, or add on *short* haircut to better differentiate for our wide range of clients.
More updates regarding this revision are to come, and our staff is happy to answer any questions. We understand there may be some confusion, and we also ask for patience as we implement this exciting change.
